I am looking for a UX designer to help with a number of design projects. We have a designer that will be going on maternity leave in a couple of months, and I would like to have a UX designer work along side her until that time.

The first major project is an online pricing configuration tool. I have an initial design in Sketch that we would work together on, given updated requirements. The current design is purely front end and steps through all of the different options. We would need to update this design based on new requirements, as well as design the back end configuration tools that power the front end experience.

I am looking for someone experience, but also flexible/agile in how they work. Ideally, the designer wouldn't be afraid to share his/her opinions in an effort to make the product better. We're big on collaboration!
