Job Description

OVERVIEW

  • Conduct research to create the campaigns for a legal software start-up, and create ad sets to reach the desired audience
  • Build Facebook Ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager based on copy and creatives provided by our team.
  • Monitor campaigns daily and determine whether ads are performing or underperforming (and if so, provide action what action should be taken – troubleshooting, turning ads off etc).
  • Advise on when ads will run, when they’ll be retargeted, how, and to what audiences.
  • Work with our in-house design team to create, build and test creative (and to reconsider and revise if it is not converting). This includes but is not limited to suggesting ideas for the creative, providing examples of existing successful ads for design direction and working with the design team to create the desired ad.
  • Document all changes made to the account for reporting monthly using Datastudio.
  • Ensure spend is managed effectively, meeting budgets and goals.
  • Pixel, event tracking and audience creation when applicable.

MUST HAVES

  • Solid experience building successful campaigns using Facebook Business Manager & Facebook Ads.
  • Ability to multitask, managing multiple campaigns at the same time.
  • Ability to think outside the square and suggest alternate approaches to help our clients succeed.
  • Drive to be proactive in learning more about the platforms and tools you are working with, so you can use them to their full potential
  • Attention to detail – you’ll spot when an audience and ad isn’t performing from a mile away and won’t let any slip through the cracks.
  • Organisational and time management skills – with lots of autonomy you’ll need to be organised, self sufficient, and be sure to meet the deadlines that have been agreed to.
  • A natural problem solver, always diving deeper to understand the issue and trying various solutions and bringing the team into the loop when required.
  • Excellent communication skills – as this role is remote, it’s extremely important that written and verbal communication with us is regular and crystal clear.
  • An eagerly responsive approach to replying to messages and emails (most often between regular work day hours).

NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience using team communication/task management tools such as ClickUp/Slack.
